Membership and billing

How do I restore my membership?

Open Evaro’s Settings and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure the App Store is signed into the Apple Account used for the original purchase, and that you have an internet connection. If access still does not return, contact us with the message shown in the app. Restoring purchases restores membership, not local workout history or coins.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Evaro, then cancel the subscription. You can also manage subscriptions through Apple. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.

Can I request a refund?

Apple handles App Store payments. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase, and follow the refund-request steps. Apple determines eligibility under its policies and applicable law.

The membership plans will not load. What should I do?

Check your internet connection and retry from the membership screen. If you already subscribe, try Restore Purchases. If the issue continues, send support the exact message you see and your Evaro version.

Exercise tracking and steps

Why is the camera not counting my repetitions?

Allow Evaro camera access in iOS Settings. Put your phone on a stable surface, use good lighting, keep the required body joints in view, and follow the positioning guidance for the selected exercise. Some exercises require a side view. Counts are estimates; stop and adjust your setup if tracking is unreliable.

Is my workout being recorded?

No. Evaro analyzes camera frames on your iPhone without recording or uploading video. It saves completed activity results locally. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Why are my step-challenge steps missing?

Check Evaro’s step-count permission in the Health app and Motion & Fitness access in iOS Settings. Carry your iPhone while walking. A challenge counts steps during that challenge’s time window, so its total may differ from your daily Health total. Step updates may be delayed by iOS.

App limits and schedules

Why are my selected apps not blocked?

Confirm that Evaro has Screen Time permission, your membership is active, and your schedule is enabled for the current day and time. Check whether temporary access or recovery mode is active. Open Evaro to refresh its state. If the problem continues, send support your schedule settings and the time it happened, without sharing sensitive usage history.

How do I stop using Evaro’s app limits?

Turn off the relevant schedules in Evaro. You can also revoke Evaro’s Screen Time authorization in iOS Settings under Screen Time and its app-access controls. Labels may vary by iOS version. Keep essential and emergency services outside your selected limits.

Your data and privacy

Will my coins and history transfer to a new phone?

Evaro stores progress locally and does not offer account-based cloud synchronization. Do not rely on Restore Purchases to recover coins, streaks, or workout history. Apple device backups may include app data depending on your settings, but Evaro cannot guarantee or perform that recovery.

How can I delete my data or change permissions?

Change Camera, Motion & Fitness, Health, and Screen Time permissions in the relevant iOS controls. Deleting the app removes its local app data; offloading may retain it. Apple Health records, device backups, and subscription billing are managed separately. Email support@kunzdevstudio.com to request deletion of eligible support or subscription information we hold. Read more in our retention and deletion policy.
