Evaro

Terms of Use

Evaro · Move more. Scroll less.

Effective date: October 2, 2026 · Last updated: October 2, 2026

Evaro helps you build more intentional screen-time habits through movement. Memberships renew automatically unless canceled. Earned coins have no cash value. Please use exercise and app limits in ways that are safe for you.

1. Agreement and app license

Evaro is provided by Chase Kunz, doing business as Kunz Dev Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms describe your use of Evaro and its related support services. By using Evaro, you agree to these terms. If you are not legally able to enter into this agreement, a parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf and supervise your use.

The iOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These service terms supplement that agreement and do not replace it with a custom EULA. The Apple Standard EULA governs the app license, including its license restrictions, warranty provisions, and liability terms. If these terms conflict with that EULA on those matters, the EULA controls. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2. Membership, billing, and cancellation

Evaro’s core exercise-reward and app-blocking features require an active membership. Available weekly and yearly plans provide access for the billing period shown. Current features, localized prices, currency, and subscription duration are displayed in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation before you subscribe.

  • Payment: Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase, subject to any offer explicitly shown at checkout.
  • Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for renewal within the 24 hours before the end of that period.
  • Manage or cancel: Use iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or open Apple’s subscription management. Cancellation ordinarily stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid period unless Apple specifies otherwise.
  • Deleting the app: Uninstalling Evaro or removing its data does not cancel a subscription.
  • Restore: Use Restore Purchases in Evaro while signed into the Apple Account used for the purchase. Restoring membership does not restore locally stored coins or workout history.
  • Refunds: Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests. You can request a refund from Apple; eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law.

If a trial or promotional offer is available, its eligibility, duration, and renewal price will be shown before purchase. No free trial is promised by these terms. Price changes are handled through Apple’s applicable notice and consent processes.

3. Earned coins and local progress

Coins are in-app rewards earned through eligible activity. They are not money, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and have no cash value. They can be used only for features made available in Evaro. Earning limits, reward amounts, and access costs are shown in the app and may change as the app evolves.

Workout records, coins, streaks, achievements, and preferences are stored locally. We do not provide account-based cloud recovery or cross-device synchronization for that progress. Deleting the app, losing a device, or changing devices may cause progress to be lost. An Apple purchase restoration restores eligible membership access, not local progress.

4. Exercise and safe use

Evaro is a general fitness and focus tool, not a medical device or a source of medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional exercise supervision. Camera-based counts, movement guidance, and step measurements are estimates and can be inaccurate. Evaro does not guarantee fitness, health, or productivity outcomes.

Choose activities appropriate for your abilities, use a clear and safe space, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms. Consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate before changing your activity. Do not exercise beyond safe limits to earn coins or regain access to an app.

Do not place emergency, medical, accessibility, or other essential communication services behind app limits. Evaro is not an emergency service or a safety system.

5. Permissions, availability, and limitations

Some features depend on a compatible iPhone, supported iOS version, active membership, and permissions for Camera, Health, Motion & Fitness, or Screen Time. Purchases, restoration, and subscription verification may require an internet connection and available Apple and RevenueCat services.

App limits, schedules, and temporary access depend on iOS behavior and the permissions you grant. Operating-system changes, device settings, interruptions, or service failures can affect their operation. Evaro does not guarantee that all access will be blocked or that every scheduled change will occur at an exact time. It is a personal habit tool, not a tamper-proof parental-control or security product.

We may maintain, update, or discontinue features. Where a change materially affects a paid service, we will provide notice and any remedies required by law or Apple’s applicable terms. To the extent permitted by law, availability and liability are subject to the Apple Standard EULA; your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Evaro processes on-device activity, subscription information, website requests, and support messages, and how you can manage permissions or request deletion.

7. Your responsibilities

Use Evaro lawfully and only on devices you are authorized to manage. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to obtain other people’s information, or exploit errors to manipulate purchases or rewards. Your use of Apple’s services is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms. Rights in Evaro’s software, branding, and content remain with their respective owners.

You can stop using Evaro at any time. Cancel any subscription separately through Apple if you wish to stop future billing. Termination of the app license is governed by the Apple Standard EULA.

8. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms and will update the date on this page. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Changes do not remove rights you have already acquired or mandatory consumer protections.
