Help & frequently asked questions
Common Questions
Where is my data stored?
Your postcards, photos, and notes are stored locally on your device. If you're signed into iCloud, your data also syncs privately to your personal iCloud account so it appears across your Apple devices. We never see or have access to any of it.
My postcards aren't syncing between devices
Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID on both devices and that iCloud is enabled for StampDaily. Sync can take a few minutes, especially for photos. Try opening the app on both devices while connected to Wi-Fi.
How do I restore my purchase?
If you've already purchased StampDaily Pro, open the app and tap the crown icon. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID and will restore automatically. If it doesn't, tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID you used for the purchase.
Why does StampDaily need my location?
Location is optional. If granted, the app tags each postcard with the place it was created. When you pick a photo from your library, the app reads the location already embedded in the photo's metadata. Location data stays on your device and in your private iCloud — it's never sent to us.
I lost my postcards
If you deleted the app and reinstall it, your data should sync back from iCloud as long as you're using the same Apple ID. If iCloud sync was not enabled, local data is removed when the app is deleted and cannot be recovered.
